Rewards Policy

Rewards on Funzo are governed by this policy and by the rules of each individual campaign. Read both before participating. No reward is guaranteed.

1. What counts as a reward

Funzo distinguishes three things: (a) entertainment points — scores from games and challenges, which are never cash and never withdrawable; (b) pending rewards — amounts recorded but not yet approved; and (c) approved cash rewards — amounts approved under an active campaign and held in the wallet ledger. Only approved cash rewards can ever be considered for withdrawal, and only under the Withdrawal Policy.

2. Current state: paused

All cash-reward campaigns are currently paused. Spin prizes are configured but inactive, referral example values are configuration only, and no game, challenge or spin awards cash in this state. Points earned now are entertainment only.

3. How a reward becomes approved

A reward becomes approved only when the campaign is active and funded, the published eligibility and activity requirements are met and verified server-side, and any required review has completed. Browser edits, scripts and API requests that try to set a balance, score or spin result cannot create a reward; all sensitive calculations happen on the server.

4. Limits, budgets and fairness

Each campaign may set a budget, per-user limits, daily limits and an end date. When a configured limit is reached, the campaign pauses automatically. Funzo does not silently cancel rewards that users have already validly earned under the applicable terms and law, and it does not create unlimited liabilities through unlimited referrals or spins.

5. No guaranteed income

Funzo never promises guaranteed income, a fixed daily earning, or employment. Any page, announcement or message that suggests otherwise is not authorised and should be reported to support.

Current app state reflected here: cash campaigns are paused, spin awards nothing, and withdrawal payout is gated until payment arrangements and legal approvals exist. If this page ever disagrees with the live app state, the app state and the published campaign rules govern, and the discrepancy should be reported to support.
